A convenient base for exploring Las Vegas. Booked a premium king room with central heating, multi-channel television and a seating area. Thanks to maid. In addition, free Wi Fi was provided.

We had a king-size premium room in the Westwing on the 6th floor and wanted a room with a view. We asked at the reception the next morning and were actually able to change the room for the second night! Really great service.
The only thing missing was a refrigerator.

The receptionist wasn't at all professional when it came time to check in. She loaded on my card a deposit/guarantee without asking permission, acceptance or giving information. He took my card and charged me the amount without using the payment machine but writing down the secret and personal number of my card. When I asked him about where the spa was or other questions, he didn't answer me. Very uneducated and unprofessional

I enjoyed the pool area and the design of the building as well as the room size. I also liked the fact that it was close to many hotels as well as the strip. I still would recommend this hotel but still mentioning the cons.
Was not too family friendly so I probably would not take my kids there. The hallways and rooms were not well lit. Also, the wall paper was scratched and ripped and there was graffiti on the walls. Needs to be updated and given a fresher look inside, Did not have coffee pot or mini frig. In room either and that should be a standard for the amount I paid.
